Mortgage Mitch | Union Home Mortgage

“Mortgage Mitch” (as he’s known to friends and clients) asked for a website that would: capture the heart of who he is as a business owner; educate his users on the journey towards homeownership and wealth-building; function seamlessly; and attract qualified leads to the site.

We put together a plan that included:

A brand new mobile-friendly, search engine optimized, easy-to-use website
SEO-friendly, brand-centric copywriting rooted in storytelling + lead generation
Drone video for a strong, eye-catching hero header creative that instantly tells a story
Two explainer videos to help users understand how to work with Mitch
A 12-month SEO content calendar to help Mitch continue growing his website traffic over the next year

At the heart of this project are two core values: relationship-building and client education.

The goal was for users to feel like they really KNOW who Mitch is before they reach out. The website design needed to be tight and on brand with Union Home Mortgage while also defining Mitch as an individual. We leaned into Mitch’s unique voice for script-writing and copywriting to help make the final site feel like an extension of him while sticking the provided UHM visual brand guidelines.

After launching the site, we trained Mitch and his marketing assistant on how to measure their analytics and execute their 12-month SEO content calendar.

To produce the three videos needed for this website…

We started by storyboarding the flow and purpose of each one, including at what stage in their journey users should encounter each one. We worked with Mitch to finalize the messaging in the script to keep it on brand, concise, engaging, and informative.

Then, we traveled out to Buckeye Lake to shoot drone footage and explainer video content. Our team edited the final videos to fit seamlessly into the flow and final design of the website.
